Great! Awesome!

Holly and Jim were fabulous. I do have an issue with my GM Equinox. It's 2 years old and has been in for 2 software updates. This time it was for a tech communication recall. Well, big surprise it would not install. So, they told me they are ordering a new one! No idea what that means! Like I said it's a new car, 2025. No complaints except for the software. Now, when it's out of warranty and extended warranty, I will be responsible for these software updates. Which isn't kosher to me. Microsoft doesn't even charge you for updates! Not sure what my decision will be about keeping my car. But, I'm definitely rethinking this choice.

Have been a customer of Bergeys service department for the past 14 years. My both Chevy vehicles are kept in good running order thanks to the great service I receive there.

I really like the way the mechanic video taped the inspection of my 2024 Silverado going through it step by step.

Holly was Very Helpful! Everything appears to be successfully repaired.

After three tries the Service Advisor team members, Keith Freed. , Jim Keyser, and Holly Thompson were able to rectify the problems with our brakes per the TSB bullletin on our 2024 Trailblazer. They were replaced yesterday and so far are working great. I also want to thank Dennnee Pedigree and owner Joanna Shilsler Bergey for a their help. Also, a big shoutout to Sales Asscoiate Kevin Ryan for looking in to this for myself and my wife. The courtesy loaner was also very helpful. Like Bergey's slogan says "Driven To Serve" Thanks again, Mary-Beth & Dom.

Very pleasant experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. Mark was my main contact. He did a great job analyzing and correcting the problem. I would certainly recommend Bergey's.

First time I was ever there. I was concerned about get my truck back a little earlier and you did it get my truck back within 2 hours. I'm happy. Looking forward to doing more business there.
