Convenient Pleasant Very knowledgeable Timely

My only problem is that I got misquoted three times with a price about the service I requested and I was explicit about what I wanted. When the vehicle was there I got a call and was told the price was actually 125% higher than my original quote for the exact same service I requested (three times). The service manager refused to make it right. So I only had it partially serviced but I was pretty upset by this. I want to add that I was VERY clear about what I wanted done too!

Took longer than expected

Routine yearly State inspection reservation made at Bergy's. Service Management team was cooperative to make appointment to fit my schedule. All services requested were completed during this visit on time and only after cost(s) were discussed and approved by me.
