Mobile Service:

Our technicians will arrive at your home or work in a purpose-built MobileService+1 van fully equipped to perform select services, including vehicle diagnostics, software programming, and tire services.

Pickup & Delivery:

If you choose this option, or if a service can only be performed at a dealership, we'll pick up your vehicle from the location of your choice, and if available, leave a loaner to enjoy while service is performed.

Loaner with Customer Dropoff:

You can also choose to drop off your vehicle at your participating MobileService+1 dealership and collect a loaner yourself. We'll make every effort to provide an EV loaner to EV owners.

Scheduling a mobile service appointment is simple. Contact our service team to let them know what service your vehicle needs and your preferred location - your driveway, office parking lot, or another accessible spot. Our mobile service technician will confirm the appointment, arrive at your location in a fully equipped service vehicle, perform the work on site, and have you on your way without ever interrupting your day. There's no need to arrange a ride to the dealership, sit in a waiting room, or rearrange your schedule around a service visit. The dealership comes to you.

Services Available Through Mobile Service Plus

Mobile Service Plus covers a range of the routine maintenance and minor repair services that your vehicle needs most frequently. Available services may include oil changes using the correct synthetic or conventional oil for your Chevrolet, tire rotations and tire pressure checks, multi-point vehicle inspections, battery testing and replacement, wiper blade replacement, engine and cabin air filter replacement, recall completion on eligible recalls, minor warranty repairs, and fluid top-offs. Our mobile technicians are GM-certified and use the same genuine Chevrolet and ACDelco parts you'd receive at our Colmar service center, so there's no compromise on quality - just a more convenient way to get the work done.

Major mechanical repairs involving the engine, transmission, or drivetrain, brake pad and rotor replacements, suspension and alignment work, air conditioning service, full tire replacement and balancing, and complex electrical diagnostics are best handled in our shop where our team has access to vehicle lifts, advanced diagnostic systems, and a full parts inventory. If you schedule a mobile appointment and our team determines that additional work is needed beyond what can be performed on site, we'll let you know and help you schedule a follow-up visit at the service center.
